MobileQubes Expands Sales in Northeastern U.S.

Providing rent-and-return phone battery kiosks, startup MobileQubes is now expanding in the Northeast. Already partnered with Amtrak in several areas, the company’s service will now be available in major transit stations in Boston, Philadelphia, New York, and other hubs. This adds to the startup’s network of kiosks in high-traffic sites in the Southeast.

Four top JPMorgan Chase employees from around the world are spending three weeks working at the Center to help with strategic planning around attracting and retaining new biotechnology companies. The firm’s competitive New Orleans Service Corps program selected and placed employees at four local organizations that are dedicated to fostering economic growth and workforce development. Established in 2014, JPMorgan Chase’s Service Corps has provided skills-based employee volunteerism efforts in Detroit, Mumbai, and Johannesburg. Since 2005, JPMorgan Chase has provided $36 million in philanthropic support to create economic opportunity by improving workforce training programs and small business growth in Louisiana.
