NOBIC President Aaron Miscenich was a featured speaker on a panel titled “Accelerators: Leveraging Regional Resources for Growth” during the 2013 BIO International Conference. The panel took place during a unique Translational Research Forum, which was dedicated to exploring ways that the private sector, academia and the public sector can leverage existing mechanisms and pursue partnerships to help make innovative products available. The “Accelerators” panel included speakers from BioHealth Innovation, Inc., the National, Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, the National Institutes of Health, and CONNECT.
