Bringing banh mi sandwiches, bubble tea, pastries, and other food and drinks to upper Canal Street, Mr. Bubbles Cafe has opened on the first floor of the Center. With an expanded menu, this is the second location of Mr. Bubbles Sandwich House, a popular Vietnamese restaurant on the West Bank. The Cafe will be open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm, with additional hours on Saturday and Sundays.
